I would assume so. Providing Solidus did actually go through with adoption papers (in the middle of a war?) it would most likely have to be, but you never know. :B
See but then even if he could get papers during a war, wasn't Solidus like, 17? How could he adopt? And then would Jack change his name when he went to the US?
